There’s a version of productivity that no one is tracking.

It doesn’t show up on a KPI dashboard.
It doesn’t get highlighted in performance reviews.
It doesn’t come with bonuses, promotions, or recognition.

And yet… it might be the most demanding work you do all day.

It’s the work that happens before your laptop even opens.

You will see all the shining accolades, but it wasn’t always this way. Every story has a beginning. You may have been around for a minute or you may be an OG who has been around for a while, but one of the questions I get asked THE MOST is “How the heck did this community start?” You might be wondering that yourself. So I wanted to share that story with you here:
