We’ve all heard that we should become the best version of ourselves, the future version of ourselves, the destined version of ourselves, right? In fact, you may have heard Jerakah use all of these phrases before! None of them is wrong, but what would your life be like if you focused on being the favorite version of yourself?
Jerakah’s intention for this retreat is to provide you with a brave space to look inward for clarity, to trust your gut and let your intuition lead you back home to you. To spark that inner fire inside of you and emerge as your favorite version of you right now.
This is an intimate experience and only 5 spots are remain.
Imagine waking up to countryside views from your choice of 4 porches, each providing a unique perspective of the rolling vineyards and surrounding landscapes. The large second-story overlook is a favorite spot to enjoy a morning coffee with the song birds. The fenced-in backyard invites you to indulge in lawn games, relaxation, and peaceful lounging.

Jerakah Heady is an author, speaker, podcast & events host, community builder and the creator of the And She Rises movement for women ready to live with intention, lead with gratitude and go all in on life!
She is so passionate about life because she knows first hand the fragility of it and that our days here are numbered and we don’t know the count. So it has become her mission to help women be their favorite versions of themselves and make each day count!
She is your go-to hype woman who will call you out and call your up and give it to you straight no matter what. Jerakah is a champion for women and supports them not just through her words, but through her actions as well.
Known as the “Fingerlakes Oprah”, Jerakah has been hosting women’s events in the region for nearly a decade.
This is about you having the space to be intentional about who you are, rekindling that inner fire, and having ample time to connect, dream and be.

Friday, May 2: Retreat begins at 6pm. We will have a causal welcoming as each attendee arrives and settles in for the weekend.

The retreat is a 3-day experience, but we understand that sometimes life and circumstances don’t allow for a full retreat. We will be offering a Saturday only experience for $400. There are only 3 Saturday experiences available.
